This gluten-free Penne Rigate brings one of the most popular Italian pasta shapes to the gluten-free table.
These ridged tubes combine perfectly with both classic and modern sauces.

Corn and brown rice masterfully combined using steam (Metodo di Lavorazione al Vapore®) into a delicious and satisfying gluten-free pasta.
The pasta is drawn through a bronze dye, to give the pasta a texture that sauce will cling to.
