Pasta Sheets

The 10-position adjustment knob of Atlas 150 allows you to prepare pasta sheets in different thicknesses, suitable for many pasta shapes.

  • The range of 13 Marcato pasta accessories is compatible with Atlas Roller 150. The machine can thus make different types of pasta, which are distinguished by thickness, cut and shape.
    The accessories are made of steel with rollers made of food-grade anodised aluminium alloy or ABS (for Ravioli and Raviolini) and polymeric resin combs so as not to release harmful dust particles onto the pasta and guarantee a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.
  • Atlas Classic comes with a clamp to secure the pasta machine to your work surface, and an effortless handle with a black ABS plastic grip. To wind the pasta through the machine.
  • To streamline and speed up your work, it is equipped with a "bayonet" fitting so that a PastaDrive motor can be quickly attached to it.
