Description

The Pastaset set includes a pasta machine Atlas 150 and two extra accessories for a total of 5 different pasta shapes. The set is entirely made of top quality chrome steel. The rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy, a distinctive feature of Marcato products, whereas combs and scrapers are made of polymeric resin so as not to release harmful particles onto the pasta and to guarantee a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.

With Atlas 150 you can prepare lasagna, fettuccine (6 mm) and tagliolini (1.5 mm), while you can use the two attachments to make ravioli and spaghetti. The 10-position regulating knob lets you choose the thickness of the sheet, from 4.8 mm, on number 0, to 0.6 mm, on number 9.
You can purchase 10 additional cutting attachments, sold separately, to make 10 other fresh pasta shapes. It is easy to attach the attachments to Atlas 150, just slide the cutting part off, and put the required attachment in place in one easy step.

Features

The Pasta Set contains the clamp to secure the machine to the table, and its handle with a black ABS plastic grip. To wind the pasta through the machine. Also, you can speed everything up at any time by adding the Pastadrive motor, a stable and safe motor, which is sold separately.

The rollers on Atlas 150 and the Spaghetti attachment are made with anodised aluminium alloy so that no metal residues are released onto the dough, while the rollers on the Ravioli attachment are made with Polystyrene, providing you with 100% healthy and wholesome pasta.
