Regina is the manual Marcato machine dedicated to extruded pasta: Bucatini, Fusilli, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini and Rigatoni.
Regina is made of food-grade ABS and polycarbonate, long-lasting and safe for health. The extruders and slicer are made of chrome steel to always ensure perfect pasta.
All the dies are designed for easy dismantling and cleaning. The dies are easy to change using the key supplied and can be cleaned easily with a soft brush and a toothpick.
For easier cleaning, wait until the pasta residue is dry.
Regina's structure is made with food-grade ABS, and its dies are made with chrome-plated steel and Teflon, to provide 100% pure and wholesome pasta.
