Berkel Ham Tongs - Stainless Steel

Berkel Ham Tongs are for lifting a finished slice off the back of the slicer, the point where you'd otherwise be reaching in close to the blade with your fingers to peel it away. The spring-hinged action opens and closes with one hand, and the tips hold rather than pinch, so a slice of prosciutto or a wedge of hard cheese comes away whole and can be set down on a board or plate without tearing or crushing it. Stainless steel throughout, with the Berkel logo engraved on the handle.

Retrieving a slice from the back of the machine is where your fingers end up closest to a moving blade. These tongs do that job for you, so your hand stays back while the tips do the reaching.
