The handle. This dough cutter is a single flat blade with a rolled top edge instead of a separate handle, which keeps it compact for dividing and turning individual portions of dough. The scraper has a fitted 13cm handle, which gives more leverage when lifting dough out of a box or scraping down a large work surface.
Is the rolled edge comfortable to hold?
It is designed to be pinched rather than gripped like a handle, which suits quick, repeated portioning where a stick handle would get in the way against the bench.
