ZiiPa Tellini: Pizza Topping Station

The Tellini is a 77cm stainless steel topping station from ZiiPa, designed to keep pizza ingredients organised and within reach during preparation. Four open compartments run the length of the tray, each sized to hold a Spetina dough box so your ingredients stay covered until the moment you need them. Side handles let you carry it from the kitchen to the oven, set it on the table during a session, and put it away cleanly.

Please note that the Spetina dough and topping boxes are not included with the Pizza Topping Station.

Having toppings spread across a worktop slows down the build process, particularly when cooking for a group where multiple pizzas follow quickly. The Tellini keeps everything in one place. Each compartment is open-topped for fast access and sized to fit the Spetina boxes, so your ingredients stay covered right up to the moment you need them.

Stainless Steel Construction

The Tellini is made entirely from stainless steel: easy to wipe clean between uses and suitable for outdoor use alongside the Piana oven. The material is food-safe and handles regular kitchen and outdoor conditions without deteriorating.
