Marcato FAQ's

Where are Marcato pasta makers made?

All Marcato products are made in their factory in Italy.

What is the difference between the Marcato Atlas 150 and Atlas 180?

The Marcato Atlas 150 has a width of 150mm, making it ideal for home kitchens and offering the benefit of compatibility with a range of additional accessories (13 pasta accessories). Whereas the Atlas 180, with its 180mm width, caters to both home and professional settings, producing a wider pasta sheet suitable for diverse culinary applications.

How do you clean your Marcato Atlas pasta machine?

Thanks to the removable combs and scrapers, the maintenance of your Marcato pasta machine is easier than ever: all you need is a soft (dry) cloth and a small brush.
Do not put your pasta machine under water or in the dishwasher!
