The pasta machine, built and patented with anodised aluminium alloy rollers; which do not release any harmful metals onto the dough, making 100% fresh and wholesome pasta.
- The range of 13 Marcato pasta accessories is compatible with Atlas Roller 150. The machine can thus make different types of pasta, which are distinguished by thickness, cut and shape.
The accessories are made of steel with rollers made of food-grade anodised aluminium alloy or ABS (for Ravioli and Raviolini) and polymeric resin combs so as not to release harmful dust particles onto the pasta and guarantee a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.
- Atlas Roller 150 comes with a clamp to secure the pasta machine to your work surface, and an effortless handle with a black ABS plastic grip. To wind the pasta through the machine.
- To streamline and speed up your work, it is equipped with a "bayonet" fitting so that a PastaDrive motor can be quickly attached to it.
