Birchwood Pasta & Dough Board Sets (Board, Bag & Scraper)

This set brings together everything you need for a dedicated pasta-making station in one order: the birchwood dough board, a cotton storage bag and a beechwood dough scraper. The board is the same 9mm birchwood plywood as our standalone board, with a raised wooden slat along one edge that hooks against your worktop so it stays anchored while you knead, roll and shape, whether that's a batch of pasta dough or a pizza base. It comes in three sizes, and because the set includes the scraper and bag from the start, it's a straightforward way to kit out a pasta and pizza-making station without buying each piece separately.

How the Set Works Together

The board gives you the working surface, with its wooden slat holding it in place against the worktop while you knead, roll or stretch out dough. Once you've rolled and cut your pasta, or shaped your pizza base, the beechwood scraper lifts dried dough and flour off the board in one pass, and when you're done, the board and scraper both fit inside the cotton storage bag, so everything stores together rather than being scattered across different drawers or shelves. The cotton is breathable, which matters for a wooden board, since storing it in something airtight risks trapping moisture against the grain.

Choosing Your Size

The 50 x 37cm board is the right choice if you're short on worktop space, small enough to use and store in a compact kitchen while still giving you room to knead a single batch of pasta or shape a pizza base. The 75 x 50cm board gives enough room to roll out sheets for lasagne, a tray of ravioli or a couple of pizza bases side by side, while the 97 x 54cm board is built for batch pasta and pizza making, though you'll want a decent stretch of clear worktop to use it comfortably.

Material and Care

The board is birchwood plywood and the scraper is beechwood, both chosen for a smooth grain that won't snag or tear dough as you work it. Wipe both down with a damp cloth after use and let the board dry fully before putting it back in the storage bag. Neither the board nor the scraper is dishwasher safe.
