Genus Dei Dough Boxes & Lids

Genus Dei pizza dough boxes, made in Italy from food-grade, BPA-free polyethylene. Solid walls hold humidity in for proving, proofing and cold fermenting pizza dough, focaccia and bakery dough. Stackable, in 20 x 30cm, 30 x 40cm and 60 x 40cm, with matching lids (20 x 30cm, 30 x 40cm and 60 x 40cm) and box and lid sets (20 x 30cm, 30 x 40cm and 60 x 40cm).
