ZiiPa Pizza Ovens

The ZiiPa Piana is a French-designed outdoor wood pellet oven that reaches 400°C in around 20 minutes and cooks a 12-inch Neapolitan pizza in under 90 seconds. What sets it apart from most ovens its size is the rotating cordierite stone: you turn a dial on the outside to rotate the base mid-cook, so the pizza bakes evenly without opening the door or reaching in with a peel.
