The Pizza Night Kit is the Starter Kit plus the three extras that matter once you cook regularly: a Donato pellet dispenser, six Spetina dough boxes and a Ranella cleaning brush. At its heart is the ZiiPa Piana wood pellet oven, with a rotating stone that helps pizzas cook evenly and takes some of the stress out of managing them while they bake.

Why the Pizza Night Kit
The Pizza Night Kit is the one to buy when the point is having people over, and it is the bundle most people choose. It takes the Starter Kit and adds the gear that turns cooking pizza into hosting.
The Donato dispenser mounts on the rear hatch and holds 750g of pellets, up to 45 minutes per fill, so the heat holds while you cook a run of pizzas. The six Spetina dough boxes each take one 250g dough ball and stack in the fridge, so the dough for the whole evening is ready when guests arrive, and they also fit the Tellini topping station if you add one later. The Ranella brush has stainless steel bristles and a scraper to clear the stone between pizzas, and it is used dry. The peel, pellets, scoop and bag are the same as in the Starter Kit.

The topping station, cutting wheel and Vallone trolley are sold separately if you want to add them.

FAQs
Is the oven the same as the standalone ZiiPa Piana?
Yes. It's the full Piana pizza oven, the same one sold on its own, bundled here with the fuel, handling and prep gear for hosting.
Do the dough boxes fit the Tellini topping station?
Yes. The six Spetina boxes are dough boxes first, each holding one 250g dough ball, and they also fit the Tellini topping station. The Tellini is not in the kit and is sold separately.
What does this kit add over the Starter Kit?
A Donato pellet dispenser, a set of six Spetina dough boxes and a Ranella stone cleaning brush, on top of the oven, pellets, peel, scoop and bag in the Starter Kit.
Can I buy the items separately?
You can, but the kit costs over £72 less than buying the oven and every item individually. The topping station, cutting wheel and trolley are not in the kit and are sold separately.
Which parts come in my chosen colour?
Every coloured item in the kit comes in the colour you pick: Charcoal, Eucalyptus or Chalk, at the same price for each. The peel and pellets are not colour-specific.

Care Instructions
- Allow the oven to cool fully before cleaning, covering, or packing it into the storage bag.
- Clean the cordierite stone dry only. Do not use water or detergent on the stone.
- Use the Ranella brush dry on the stone.
- Hand wash the pellet scoop, dispenser, and peel and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on powder-coated and silicone parts.
- The dough boxes are dishwasher safe.
- Store the beech pellets in a cool, dry place.
