About Us

An independent UK specialist for Italian-made pasta and pizza tools, kitchen equipment and more.

Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.

The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.

We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

The Tellini is a 77cm stainless steel topping station from ZiiPa, designed to keep pizza ingredients organised and within reach during preparation. Four open compartments run the length of the tray, each sized to hold a Spetina dough box so your ingredients stay covered until the moment you need them. Side handles let you carry it from the kitchen to the oven, set it on the table during a session, and put it away cleanly. 
(Spetina boxes are not included)

Four Compartments for Organised Preparation

Having toppings spread across a worktop slows down the build process, particularly when cooking for a group where multiple pizzas follow quickly. The Tellini keeps everything in one place. Each compartment is open-topped for fast access and sized to fit the Spetina boxes, so your ingredients stay covered right up to the moment you need them.

Stainless Steel Construction

The Tellini is made entirely from stainless steel: easy to wipe clean between uses and suitable for outdoor use alongside the Piana oven. The material is food-safe and handles regular kitchen and outdoor conditions without deteriorating.

About ZiiPa

ZiiPa is a French brand founded in 2022 with a single focus: serious pizza at home, without a serious setup. Designed in France around Italian cooking tradition, every oven in the range is built on the rotating cordierite stone system that sets the Piana apart from most compact ovens on the market. Are the Spetina boxes included?

No. The Tellini is sold without boxes. The Spetina set of 6 dough boxes is available separately and designed to fit the Tellini's compartments.

Will other containers fit in the Tellini?

The compartments are designed for the Spetina boxes but can accommodate other containers of similar dimensions. Each compartment is approximately 18.5cm wide, so any square or rectangular container under that width should fit.

Can the Tellini be used outdoors?

Yes. The stainless steel construction handles outdoor conditions well. Store it under cover when not in use to keep it in the best condition.

How do I clean the Tellini?

Wipe down with a damp cloth or hand wash with warm soapy water. The stainless steel surface is straightforward to clean after use.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable (see below regarding use and diminished value)
  • Returns must include your full name and order number

Diminished Value and Use of Goods

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction from your refund
  • This includes use of food preparation equipment with ingredients such as flour, dough, or egg
  • Items used in this way cannot be resold as new and may be subject to a reduced refund
  • Any deduction will be based on the condition of the item following inspection

Non-returnable (unless faulty)

Food/perishables, gift cards, free gifts/promotional items, and hazardous/flammable goods.

Return window after approval

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

Costs & Refunds

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
  • Refunds are processed after inspection; allow up to 10 working days to appear
