ZiiPa is a French brand founded in March 2022 with a single focus: making serious pizza at home accessible, without a serious setup. Designed in France and inspired by Italian cooking tradition, every oven in the range is built around the idea that the experience should be straightforward, the results should be good, and the kit should look like it belongs outside.
ZiiPa was founded on a simple premise: that real Neapolitan pizza, cooked properly over a live flame, shouldn't require a built-in oven or a professional kitchen. The brand grew from a personal conviction that compact ovens could be genuinely high-performing rather than a compromise on the real thing.
Since 2022, ZiiPa has expanded from a single oven concept into a full range covering every stage: preparation, cooking, serving, and storage. Each product is conceived and designed by the ZiiPa team in France, then rigorously tested before release.
The defining feature across the ZiiPa oven range is the rotating cordierite stone. In most compact ovens, you turn the pizza manually mid-cook, reaching in with a peel through a narrow opening while heat escapes through the door. ZiiPa's approach is different. The stone rotates via a dial on the outside of the oven. The door stays shut. The base cooks evenly without any intervention.
It is not a feature added to a generic design. It is the reason the oven exists.
ZiiPa ovens are designed with soft curves that reference the shape of traditional Italian wood-fired ovens, in a body compact enough for a balcony, terrace, or garden. Each oven is available in a range of bold colourways, with matching accessories so the full setup comes from one brand rather than a mix of generic parts.
Materials are selected for cooking performance and durability. Each manufacturing step, from cutting and polishing to final assembly, is controlled in-house to ZiiPa's specification.
The ZiiPa Piana is the current flagship at Pasta Kitchen: a wood pellet oven that reaches 400°C in around 20 minutes and cooks a 12-inch Neapolitan pizza in under 60 seconds. It runs on wood pellets, wood, or briquettes, with a top-loading fuel hatch for refuelling without stopping the cook.
The full accessory range is designed to pair with the Piana and its colourways, covering everything from the Aquila perforated peel and Donato pellet dispenser to the Vallone trolley and Fontana travel bag.
The cordierite stone sits on a rotation mechanism controlled by a single dial on the outside of the oven. Turn it during the cook and the stone moves the pizza for you, no peel work, no guesswork, no uneven edges. It is a simple fix to the most common problem with compact pizza ovens
From cold, the Piana reaches full cooking temperature in roughly 20 minutes. An integrated dial thermometer on the body gives you a continuous read, so you know exactly when to load the first pizza and how quickly the oven recovers between bakes. A 12-inch Neapolitan pizza cooks in under 60 seconds.
The Piana is designed to run on food-grade wood pellets. A hatch above the fuel drawer lets you top up mid-session without opening the door or interrupting the cook. The drawer is compact, so pellets are the practical choice, and ZiiPa's own beech pellets give the most consistent heat and the cleanest flavour. The difference between cooking two pizzas and cooking ten in a row comes down to that hatch.
The Donato pellet dispenser sits alongside the oven and lets you pour directly into the hatch with a controlled, measured pour. No bags, no scooping, no spillage mid-cook.
At 10kg with legs that fold flat, the Piana is light enough to take with you. Pack it into the Fontana travel bag and it travels in a car boot, to a campsite, or a friend's garden. At home it stores in a shed or garage without taking up much space, and pairs with the Vallone trolley for a permanent outdoor setup.
The Piana oven, Fontana bag, Vallone trolley, and the full accessory range are all available in Charcoal, Eucalyptus, and Chalk, so the complete setup comes from one brand in one colourway.

Yes. The ZiiPa Piana wood pellet oven and the full accessory range are available in the UK through Pasta Kitchen.
The rotating cordierite stone is the core feature of the Piana oven. It sits on a mechanism controlled by a dial on the outside of the oven, so you can rotate the pizza during the cook without opening the door or reaching in with a peel. It solves the most common problem with compact pizza ovens: uneven cooking caused by one side of the pizza being closer to the flame.
ZiiPa make a full range of accessories designed specifically for the Piana. The most popular are the Vallone trolley, Fontana travel bag, Aquila pizza peel, and food-grade beech pellets.

Pasta Kitchen also stocks a wider range of professional pizza tools and pizza making equipment.
The Piana is available in three colours: Charcoal, Eucalyptus, and Chalk. The accessory range is available in the same colourways, so the full setup can be matched.
ZiiPa pizza ovens are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. The cordierite pizza stone is excluded from warranty cover.
