ZiiPa Donato: Pellet Dispenser for the Piana Oven

The Donato is a pellet dispenser that mounts on the rear hatch of the ZiiPa Piana and feeds it continuously during a cook. Its 750g reservoir holds enough pellets for up to 45 minutes of cooking without needing to top up. It fits directly onto the oven without tools, and comes with four interchangeable silicone handles covering a range of ZiiPa colourways, so most Piana owners will find a matching or complementary handle in the box from the outset.

Up to 45 Minutes Without Reloading

Keeping the Piana at temperature across a longer session normally means opening the top hatch and adding pellets every few minutes. The Donato removes that. Its 750g reservoir feeds the oven steadily without interruption, which is the difference between cooking two or three pizzas and running a full evening session. When the reservoir runs low, topping it up takes seconds.

Steel Body, Silicone Handles

The body is steel and the handles are silicone, both chosen for heat resistance at cooking temperatures. The dispenser handles the heat a pizza oven produces without warping or degrading. Hand wash with warm soapy water and avoid abrasive cleaners on the silicone handles.

Four Handles Included, One for Each Colourway

The Donato comes with all four ZiiPa silicone handle colours in the box: Charcoal, Eucalyptus, Terracotta, and Slate. Fit the one that matches your Piana or swap them freely, the handles change without tools. The Donato doesn't cover the Chalk colourway, but Charcoal, Eucalyptus, and two additional ZiiPa colours are all included.
