The Melfa is a powder-coated steel pellet shovel sized for the Piana's top-loading fuel hatch. When you're keeping a session going, adding pellets from a bag is messy and imprecise. The Melfa delivers a controlled scoop directly into the hatch, cleanly and without stopping the cook. At 21.5 x 8 x 4cm it takes up almost no space.
Cleaner Refuelling Mid-Cook
The Piana's top-loading hatch lets you add fuel without opening the door or interrupting the bake. The Melfa makes that practical. The scoop is sized to deliver pellets straight into the hatch without spilling onto the oven exterior, which matters when you're working next to a 400°C surface.
