Post-Brexit Export Status: We ship from the UK, which is no longer part of the EU customs union. All EU orders are subject to import VAT and customs duties charged by your government.

Our shipping prices cover delivery only and do NOT include customs charges, import VAT, or handling fees. You will be contacted by the carrier to pay these charges before delivery.

We ship to all EU countries across 6 shipping zones. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical delivery times:

  • Zone 1 (France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Denmark): 5-10 business days
  • Zone 2 (Italy): 6-12 business days
  • Zone 3 (Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, etc.): 7-14 business days
  • Zone 4 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Turkey, etc.): 10-18 business days
  • Zone 5 (Greece, Iceland, Ukraine, Greenland, etc.): 12-21 business days
  • Zone 6 (Andorra, Gibraltar, Malta, Vatican City): 10-18 business days

Delivery times do not include customs clearance, which can add 3-10 business days.

🌍 International Delivery (Outside EU)

We ship worldwide! Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

USA: 10-21 business days. Customs duties may apply on orders over $800 USD.

Canada: 10-21 business days. Customs duties and GST/HST may apply.

Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days. Customs duties and GST may apply on orders over AUD/NZD $1,000.

Other destinations: 10-25 business days depending on location.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in shipping prices.
