Marcato brand products are NOT currently available for sale or shipment to the USA. This restriction applies to all Marcato pasta machines, accessories, and related products. We apologise for any inconvenience. All other products in our range can be shipped to USA addresses.

No. We cannot mark commercial orders as gifts or falsify customs declarations. This is illegal and could result in your parcel being seized, fines, or criminal prosecution. All orders are declared accurately with their true commercial value.
No. Customs duties and import VAT are charged by your government, not by us. These charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
