Berkel Classic Line Kitchen Knives

The Berkel Classic Line is a range of Italian-made kitchen knives built for everyday use. Each knife uses X50 Cr Mo V15 stainless steel with a full-tang blade, polished red ABS handle and three rivets, a consistent design across the range that makes individual blades easy to add to over time. The range includes a chef's knife, santoku, bread knife, paring knife and cleaver, plus steak knives sold as a set. All knives carry a 12-month Berkel warranty against manufacturing defects.
