How to Use
Roll dough thin with the plain rolling pin, then pass it through the tagliatelle or fettuccine cutter pin for ribbons, or use the farfalle cutter to stamp and pinch bow ties. The paddle rolls and ridges dough for garganelli and gnocchi. Hang finished pasta on the drying rack while you work through the rest of the batch, then serve with the tong.

This set is built for flat and shaped pasta: tagliatelle, fettuccine, farfalle, garganelli and gnocchi. FAQs
What pasta shapes can I make with this set?
The two cutter rolling pins make tagliatelle and fettuccine, the farfalle cutter makes bow ties, and the paddle makes ridged garganelli and gnocchi.
Can I use this set to make spaghetti?
Not directly. There's no spaghetti-width cutter in the set; the tong and measure included are for serving and portioning, not cutting.
Is this set suitable for ravioli or tortellini?
No, it doesn't include the tray or stamps needed for filled pasta. Our Ravioli & Tortellini Starter Set covers that separately.
Do I need a pasta machine to use this set?
No. Roll dough by hand with the included rolling pin, though a machine gets you a more even sheet if you're making a large batch.
Are the pieces dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel spaghetti tong is dishwasher safe. The wooden and aluminium pieces should be hand washed and dried thoroughly.
How do I stop pasta sticking to the cutters or paddle?
Dust the tools and your dough lightly with flour as you work.
