How to Use
Roll out a sheet of pasta with the rolling pin, then either press it into the ravioli tray and run the pastry wheel around each cavity to cut and seal, or use the stamps directly to cut and crimp ravioli by hand in whichever size you want. The plain cutter gives you rounds of dough for folding into tortellini or cappelletti.

What sizes of ravioli can I make with this set?
The stamps cover four sizes: 40mm and 70mm square, and 55mm and 80mm round (XXL). The tray makes 12 x 52mm round ravioli in one batch.
Can I use this set for tortellini and cappelletti too?
Yes. The plain 60mm cutter gives you rounds of dough to fold and pinch into tortellini or cappelletti by hand; the stamps are for ravioli.
Do I need a pasta machine to use this set?
No, but rolling your dough thin and even, whether by hand or with a machine, makes it easier to seal the tray or get a clean cut with the stamps.

Can I put the pieces in the dishwasher?
