An independent UK specialist for Italian-made pasta and pizza tools, kitchen equipment and more.

Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.

The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.

We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

These flat stainless steel skewers grip food instead of letting it spin, so kebabs cook evenly on both sides rather than charring on one edge. Sold in a pack of twelve, made in Italy, and reusable indefinitely with no soaking required.

Why are these skewers flat instead of round?
The flat profile keeps food from spinning as you turn it on the grill, so meat and vegetables cook evenly on both sides instead of rotating loosely around a round skewer.
What size skewer should I choose?
The 20cm and 25cm lengths suit air fryers and smaller kebabs, while the 30cm to 40cm lengths give more room for full shish kebabs or several pieces threaded together on a barbecue.
Can I use these in an air fryer?
Yes, the 20cm and 25cm lengths are short enough to fit inside most air fryer baskets. The longer sizes are made for outdoor grilling rather than air frying.
How do I clean the skewers?
Wash them by hand in warm soapy water and dry them before storing. Being stainless steel, they won't rust or pit with regular use.
Are these reusable, unlike wooden skewers?
Yes. Stainless steel skewers don't need soaking before use and can be washed and reused indefinitely, unlike bamboo or wooden skewers which are typically disposable.
What can I cook with these skewers?
They're suited to koftas, shish kebabs, souvlaki, arrosticini, spiedini and similar skewered dishes, and can also be used for fondue.

  • Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable (see below regarding use and diminished value)
  • Returns must include your full name and order number

Diminished Value and Use of Goods

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction from your refund
  • This includes use of food preparation equipment with ingredients such as flour, dough, or egg
  • Items used in this way cannot be resold as new and may be subject to a reduced refund
  • Any deduction will be based on the condition of the item following inspection

Return window after approval

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

Costs & Refunds

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
  • Refunds are processed after inspection; allow up to 10 working days to appear
