How to Use:

Before use: Use the brush and ultra microfibre cloth without adding any sanitiser, to clean quickly before slicing.

After use: Eliminate residue with the brush and apply the sanitiser to the cloth to start cleaning the steel parts, blade and case.

Maintenance: Use the oil with the special nozzle when lubrication of the sliding bars is necessary so as to reduce wear.

Packaged in a Crush Cherry paper box, made with natural products for the agro-industrial sector, developed in an environmentally sustainable way: a box in that fulfils the principles of circular economy. An eco-friendly paper made from repurposed cherry pits, this FSC-certified product is GMO-free, uses 40% recycled material, and is produced with 100% green energy - reducing its carbon footprint by 20%. Each kit includes a protective outer box along with the Crush box.
