UK Stock & Support
Ready to use straight out of the box, no adapters needed.
Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.
The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.
We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

*UK orders only. Shipping restrictions and import duties may apply for orders outside the UK.
We’ve put together the product information to help make your shopping experience on pasta.kitchen as smooth as possible.
While we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, it’s always a good idea to check the packaging and labels before using a product, as ingredients and details can sometimes change.
The Pastadrive is an electric motor attachment for the Atlas+, Atlas 150, Atlas 180 and Ampia pasta machines. It attaches via a patented bayonet fitting in three steps, with no bracket or additional support required, and drives the rollers at a consistent speed while both hands are free to guide the dough. UK plug and lead included. Made in Italy.
Rolling pasta by hand requires one hand on the handle and one steadying the dough, which leaves little room for feeding sheets smoothly through the machine. The Pastadrive removes that constraint. Once fitted, the motor drives the rollers while both hands are free. Maximum uninterrupted run time is 15 minutes; allow the motor to rest between sessions when making large batches.
The Pastadrive works with most Marcato cutting attachments, including spaghetti, linguine, vermicelli, capellini, bigoli and spaghetti alla chitarra. For safety reasons, four attachments must be used by hand only and are not compatible with the motor: mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette and ravioli. The Pastadrive is also compatible with the Marga Mulino grain mill for most grains, with the exception of rice, which must be ground by hand.
The housing is chrome-plated food-grade ABS. Do not wash with water or put in the dishwasher. Clean with a toothpick or small brush after use. Do not use metal objects on any part of the motor housing.
