The origins of Ravioli are some what obscuredĀ but it is believedĀ that it was very popular in the Lombardy region.
A type of dumpling, composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough with wavy edges on all four sides. Delicious for first course dishes, suitable for all occasions, and often stuffed with various fillings including meat, cheese and vegetables.
The ideal accessory for those who love stuffed pasta and experimenting with flavours!
Ravioli are stuffed, square-shaped pasta, 45 mm wide. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 6 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
For your safety you can only use it by hand.
The Ravioli accessory, from the Marcato Design line, hasĀ two cutter rollers for making fresh home-made ravioli with your own personal stuffing.
They can be easily attachedĀ to all manual Atlas 150 models.
The accessory is made with chrome-plated steel, with Polystyrene rollers and an ABS hopper.
The Ravioli attachment was developed using all of Marcatoās experience, so that you can enjoy creating great dishes with little effort.
