A Made-in-Italy kitchen icon since 1965, now upgraded. The new Atlas+ version takes your home-pasta game further by allowing you to make one additional pasta shape—true rounded spaghetti—thanks to a redesigned pair of rollers that did not exist on previous Atlas 150 models.
With its classic chrome finish and precision engineering, Atlas+ delivers four distinct pasta types using a single compact machine: Lasagne, Fettuccine (6 mm), Tagliolini (1.5 mm), and now Spaghetti, all achievable through the updated roller system and 10-position (0–9) thickness adjustment knob ranging from 0.5 mm to 4.8 mm.
Marcato redesigned what used to be the Tagliolini rollers on the Atlas 150.
The new Spaghetti rollers feature a rounded cavity, allowing the pasta sheet to take on a fully rounded spaghetti shape at settings 3–4.
At settings 8–9 and the same rollers will produce classic flat, square tagliolini.
This is a capability the previous Atlas 150 model did not have—the old tagliolini rollers could never create a rounded spaghetti strand.
Chrome-plated steel body
Rollers: anodised aluminium alloy
Do not use in the dishwasher.
Do not clean with metal objects.
Clean using a toothpick or a small brush.
Marcato products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
