This Marcato linguine attachment turns your Atlas 150 or Atlas+ into a linguine pasta maker, cutting 3mm oval strands from a rolled pasta sheet. Linguine sits between the 2mm spaghetti and the 6.5mm fettuccine the Atlas+ cuts, and its oval strand suits light, oil-based sauces and seafood, with pesto alla Genovese the classic pairing from Liguria. It is turned by hand with the machine's handle or by the Pastadrive motor, sold separately. Made in Italy.
Pasta Machine Setting for Linguine
Set the thickness dial to position 4 before fitting the attachment to the easy-change fitting on the back of the machine. It fits the Atlas 150 (Design and Classic), the Atlas+, the Atlas Roller 150, the Atlas Slide 150, Multipast and Pastaset, but not the Atlas 180.

Which pasta machines is the linguine attachment compatible with?
The linguine attachment fits the Marcato Atlas 150 (Design and Classic), Atlas+, Atlas Roller 150, Atlas Slide 150, Multipast and Pastaset via the standard easy-change fitting on the back of the machine. It does not fit the Atlas 180. It is also compatible with the Marcato Pastadrive motor, sold separately.
What thickness setting should I use?
Set the adjustment knob to position 4. This gives the sheet the right thickness to produce a clean 3mm oval strand.
Can I use this attachment with the Pastadrive motor?
Yes. The linguine attachment is compatible with the Marcato Pastadrive motor, sold separately.
How do I clean the attachment?
Never wash the attachment with water or put it in the dishwasher. Allow any dough to dry on the rollers after use, then remove it with a toothpick or small brush. Do not use metal objects on the rollers.
What sauces work best with linguine?
Linguine suits light, oil-based sauces and seafood. Pesto alla Genovese is the traditional pairing from its home region in Liguria. Clam sauce, prawns in white wine, and olive oil with garlic and chilli all work well. Avoid very thick or chunky meat sauces, which tend to suit wider, flatter shapes better.
