Will this clamp fit my Marcato machine?
The clamp fits all current Atlas and Ampia pasta machines. If you are unsure whether it suits your specific model, get in touch before ordering.
Do I need to clamp the machine to the worktop?
It is strongly recommended. Without the clamp secured to a stable surface, the machine will move during rolling, making it harder to feed dough through evenly and safely. The clamp is included with all new Marcato machines; this listing is for replacement or spare units only.
Is the replacement handle also available?
