Can this cut pizza straight from the oven?
Yes, the stainless steel wheel and 23cm length give enough reach and grip to cut a hot pizza in a few clean strokes.
Is the wheel sharp enough for ravioli edges?
It will cut a ravioli parcel free, but the edge is straight rather than fluted, so it won't crimp or help seal the parcel the way a curved wheel does. For that, use the Pasta & Pastry Cutter Wheel's curved edge instead.
Will it cut through a stack of pasta sheets?
It's built for a single sheet at a time. Stacking sheets to save time usually drags the lower layers rather than cutting them cleanly, whatever the cutter.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Wash it by hand and dry it, the beechwood handle isn't dishwasher safe.
