Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.

The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.

We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

What size is the cup?
The cup is 100ml capacity, 5.5cm tall and 7cm wide. This suits a lungo or doppio well. For a standard single espresso (around 25-35ml) the cup is generously sized, which some people prefer for table service.
Is this sold as a pair or a single cup and saucer?
Each set contains one cup and one saucer. If you need multiple cups for serving, you'll need to order one set per person.
Does the saucer fit the Gemini Express moka pot base?
The cup and saucer are designed to complement the Gemini Express moka pot as a serving pairing, not to physically accommodate the pot base. The saucer is sized for the cup.
Is this dishwasher safe?
Yes, the porcelain cup and saucer are both dishwasher safe.
Can I use this with other moka pots or coffee makers?
Yes. The cup works with any stovetop or espresso coffee at this volume. The Gemini Express pairing is the intended use, but the cup and saucer function perfectly well as a standalone espresso set.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

  • Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable (see below regarding use and diminished value)
  • Returns must include your full name and order number

Diminished Value and Use of Goods

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction from your refund
  • This includes use of food preparation equipment with ingredients such as flour, dough, or egg
  • Items used in this way cannot be resold as new and may be subject to a reduced refund
  • Any deduction will be based on the condition of the item following inspection

Food/perishables, gift cards, free gifts/promotional items, and hazardous/flammable goods.

Return window after approval

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

Costs & Refunds

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
  • Refunds are processed after inspection; allow up to 10 working days to appear
