Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.
The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.
We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

The Marcato Ravioli Tablet is a ravioli-making board that produces 10 filled ravioli at 50 x 50mm per batch. The base is anodised aluminium alloy with a removable polycarbonate cutting surface, and an anodised aluminium rolling pin is included for sealing and separating the ravioli. Part of Marcato's Design line. Made in Italy.
Lay a sheet of pasta over the tablet, add your filling to each pocket, lay a second sheet on top, then roll the included rolling pin firmly across the surface. The rolling pin seals the edges and cuts through the polycarbonate cutting surface simultaneously, producing 10 evenly sized ravioli in one pass. The recommended pasta sheet thickness is approximately 1.5mm, which corresponds to position 6 on the Atlas or Atlas+ adjustment dial.
The base is anodised aluminium alloy, food-safe with no metal release onto the dough. The cutting surface is transparent food-grade polycarbonate, which lifts out for cleaning. The included rolling pin is anodised aluminium. Dimensions: 340 x 125 x 20mm, weight 0.87kg.
The tablet produces consistently sized ravioli with clean edges in a single rolling motion, which is faster and more consistent than cutting by hand. The anodised aluminium base is weighted enough to stay stable on the worktop during rolling, and the removable polycarbonate surface makes cleaning straightforward. It pairs naturally with any Atlas+ or Atlas pasta machine using a sheet rolled to approximately 1.5mm.

The Ravioli Tablet makes 10 ravioli per batch, each 50 x 50mm. The size is fixed by the mould layout on the tablet.
Marcato recommends a sheet thickness of approximately 1.5mm, which corresponds to position 6 on the Atlas or Atlas+ thickness dial. Too thick and the edges will not seal cleanly; too thin and the sheet may tear when rolling. If you are using a different pasta machine, aim for a sheet in the 1.2mm to 1.5mm range.
Yes. The anodised aluminium rolling pin is included in the box. It is used to press down across the filled tablet, sealing the pasta edges and separating the ravioli in a single pass.
Yes. It works with any Atlas or Atlas+ machine. Roll your sheet to position 6 on the thickness dial, which gives approximately 1.5mm.
Yes. The tablet works with any standard egg pasta dough rolled to the correct thickness. A basic dough recipe is included in the instruction manual, and Marcato's own recipe guide is available via the Pasta Kitchen guides page.
