What is the difference between this scraper and the dough cutter?
The handle. This scraper has a fitted 13cm handle, which gives more leverage when lifting dough out of a box or scraping down a large work surface. The dough cutter is a single flat blade with a rolled top edge instead of a separate handle, which keeps it compact for dividing and turning individual portions of dough.
Can this scraper cut dough as well as scrape it?
Yes. The straight stainless steel edge cuts cleanly through dough for dividing into portions, as well as scraping a work surface flat and lifting dough that has stuck to a bowl or box.
