These Eppicotispai stainless steel baking tray tongs are made in Italy, measure 19cm in total and are used to lift a tray out of the oven once it has baked. A lever handle and a hinged jaw clamp onto the edge of the tray, so they grip and lift hot baking trays, roasting dishes, pans and oven racks, and were designed as an accessory for the Marcato Blue Iron baking trays.

The Eppicotispai stainless steel tongs for baking trays and pans are for gripping and lifting hot baking trays, roasting dishes, pans and oven racks. They suit home bakers and kitchens that bake on deep-sided trays such as the Marcato Blue Iron baking trays, which come in two sizes, 30 x 23 x 2.7cm and 40 x 30 x 3.3cm. The tray bakes without them, and you use the tongs to lift it out.
