The Berkel Home Line Plus Food Slicers bring professional slicing technology into the home kitchen. Available in 200mm and 250mm blade sizes and finished in gloss or matt red, black or cream, it's built to sit on the worktop rather than live in a cupboard, and sits alongside the Red Line and Volano ranges in Pasta Kitchen's full range of Berkel slicers.

• Cutting: chrome-plated professional blade, inclined food plate, 18-position millimetric thickness adjustment, 0.19kW motor
• Design: aluminium alloy baseplate and polymer feet, sized to fit a standard kitchen worktop
• Cleaning and safety: CE certified safety lock, IP65 sealed control panel, removable blade cover, dishwasher-safe press holder
