The Berkel Red Line Food Slicers combine professional slicing performance with iconic design. Available in 250mm and 300mm blade versions, the Red Line incorporates technology derived directly from Berkel’s professional slicers.

Elegant, lightweight and constructed from a special aluminium alloy, the Red Line delivers powerful and precise slicing for serious home cooks.

Professional Motor and Blade

The chrome-plated steel blade ensures thin, even slices while reducing waste. The 0.25 CV motor (0.42 CV on the 300 version) provides exceptional cutting power for larger cuts and harder products.

Integrated Sharpener

An integrated two-movement sharpening system maintains blade efficiency and extends blade life, ensuring consistently high slicing performance.

Built for Stability and Hygiene

The single-mould aluminium casting eliminates gaps, while the removable blade cover and detachable food plate allow fast and accurate cleaning. A fully IP65 sealed control panel enhances durability.

Enhanced Safety

Features include a food-grade aluminium ring guard, CE block system, automatic shutdown and ergonomic controls positioned for ease of use.
