The Berkel Red Line Food Slicers combine professional slicing performance with iconic design, sitting at the top of Pasta Kitchen's range of Berkel slicers. Available in 250mm and 300mm blade versions, built from a lightweight aluminium alloy, it's the kind of machine that's as much a part of the table when you're carving as it is a tool in the kitchen beforehand.

• Motor and blade: 0.25 CV (250mm) or 0.42 CV (300mm), chrome-plated steel blade for thin, even slices
• Sharpening: integrated two-movement sharpener maintains blade life and performance
• Build: single-mould aluminium casting, removable blade cover, detachable food plate, fully IP65 sealed control panel
• Safety: food-grade aluminium ring guard, CE block system, automatic shutdown
