Crafted by Italian artisans from solid cherry wood, this specialized risotto spatula features a traditional hole in its head that ensures even mixing of grains while allowing just the right amount of liquid to flow through. This design creates ideal resistance for a creamy texture, controls liquid circulation, and protects delicate rice grains from crushing.

Use & Care

Hand wash only and dry immediately to preserve quality. Treat monthly with food-safe mineral oil to maintain the wood’s finish.

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

  • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
