Shapes available

• Flower-shaped cutter with rounded ‘flower-like’ edges.
  Size: 50mm diameter.

• Square ravioli cutters with zig-zag edges.
  Size: 60mm.

• Round ravioli cutters with zig-zag edges.
  Size: 65mm diameter.

Materials

The body of the stamp is made of aluminium to guarantee a clean cut of the pasta sheet. The anodised aluminium spring-operated ejection mechanism is designed to evenly press the filling and obtain a perfect hemisphere.

Colour

The Marcato stamps comes in Champagne colour, which is obtained through an anodic oxidation process.

Handle

The handles of the cutters are made of solid Canaletto Walnut wood, with a natural wax finish and laser engraving. They have an ergonomic shape that makes the handle stable and easy to use.

Care

Not dishwasher or water safe.
To clean simply wipe with a cloth or use a pasta machine small brush
