The Multipast+ pairs the Atlas+ pasta machine with three additional cutting attachments (pappardelle, linguine and ravioli), giving you seven pasta shapes from a single set without any further purchases. It is the most complete out-of-the-box setup in the Marcato range, built around the current Atlas+ model with its redesigned dual-function roller that produces true rounded spaghetti. Made in Italy.
Add the free cleaning brush to your basket when purchasing the Multipast+. The brush will only be included if it is added before checkout.
The Atlas+ includes a dual-function spaghetti and tagliolini roller that produces four shapes from the machine itself. The three attachments in this set bring the total to seven. All shapes are produced using the same anodised aluminium roller system and 10-position thickness dial.
The Atlas+ is also compatible with the full range of Marcato Plus attachments, sold separately, for additional shapes including bigoli, vermicelli, mafaldine and more.
The Multipast+ is built around the Atlas+, which replaces the Atlas 150 as Marcato's current manual machine. The main change is a redesigned dual-function roller with a rounded cavity, producing true rounded spaghetti at thickness settings 3 and 4, and flat tagliolini at settings 8 and 9. The older Atlas 150 produced three shapes from the included roller; the Atlas+ produces four from the same unit.
All Atlas+ rollers use anodised aluminium alloy, which is food-safe with no nickel content and no coatings that can flake. The surface is slightly textured, which gives the pasta a subtle porousness that holds sauces better than pasta rolled on smooth steel. The combs and scrapers under the rollers are polymeric resin, removable for cleaning.
The thickness dial runs from setting 0 (4.8 mm) down to setting 9 (0.6 mm). Marcato is the only pasta machine manufacturer to offer a 10-position adjustment knob; most competitors offer seven or fewer. The dial is numbered clearly on the left side of the machine.
The Atlas+ accepts the Marcato Pastadrive motor, sold separately, which attaches via a bayonet fitting and leaves both hands free to guide the dough. If you want the machine and motor together as a pre-bundled set, the Atlasmotor+ is the motorised equivalent of this set.
The Multipast+ is the right choice if you want to start making a wide range of fresh pasta shapes without building a setup piece by piece. The seven shapes cover the most useful cuts for everyday cooking, from fine tagliolini for broth to pappardelle for ragu and ravioli for filled pasta. Buying the machine and attachments as a set costs less than buying them separately, and everything arrives ready to use. For buyers who already own an Atlas+ and want to add shapes individually, the attachments are also available separately.

Yes. The Multipast+ is a manual machine, so securing it to the worktop with the included clamp gives you stability and better control while turning the handle. The Atlasmotor+ is the motorised version of this set and does not require clamping.
Yes. The Multipast+ includes everything needed to start making fresh pasta straight away: the machine, three attachments covering seven shapes, a clamp, handle and instruction manual with a basic dough recipe. No additional purchases are needed to get started.
The ravioli attachment takes a little practice to get consistent results. The key is using the right dough consistency (not too wet) and dusting the sheet well with flour before feeding it through. The included instruction manual has tips to help you get started.
Yes. The Marcato Pastadrive motor attaches via a bayonet fitting and leaves both hands free during rolling. Note that certain attachments, including the ravioli attachment, must be used by hand and are not compatible with the motor.
Yes. The Atlas+ works with gluten-free doughs, though these tend to be less elastic than standard egg pasta dough and may need a little more flour during rolling to prevent sticking.
The key difference is the machine. The Multipast+ is built around the Atlas+, which has a redesigned roller producing true rounded spaghetti — something the older Atlas 150 could not do. The result is four core shapes from the machine rather than three, giving seven total shapes in the set rather than six.
