An independent UK specialist for Italian-made pasta and pizza tools, kitchen equipment and more.

Pasta Kitchen launched in 2016 with a straightforward aim: stock the tools that actually make a difference when you're cooking Italian food at home. We're a family-run business, and Italian cooking tools are genuinely what we know. We've been selling Marcato pasta machines and Eppicotispai tools the entire time, and every product we add to the range gets used and tested by our team at home before it goes on the site.

The range has grown a lot since then, but the approach hasn't. We choose products we believe in, from brands that have been making them properly for decades. Almost everything we sell is made in Italy. Marcato pasta machines are manufactured in Campodarsego, near Padova. Berkel slicers and knives are made in Italy, in the province of Varese. Cerutti Inox and Eppicotispai are Italian-made brands we've carried for years.

We're an authorised UK retailer for the brands we carry. Everything is supplied with UK-compatible plugs where applicable, VAT is included in the price, and there are no import duties or customs surprises on delivery.* You may be able to find some of these products cheaper from overseas sellers, but what you won't get is UK warranty support, correct specifications for the UK market, or anyone to call if something goes wrong.

The handle is designed to accept replacement heads, so there is no need to buy a new brush and handle each time. Choose the width that matches your current brush head and it fits straight onto the existing handle.

Which width should I choose?

Choose the width that best suits your oven opening and the size of oven floor you are cleaning. A narrower head is easier to manoeuvre in compact ovens with smaller openings, while a wider head covers more ground in a single sweep and suits larger oven floors. If you are replacing a worn head, a different width can work just as well — it does not have to be an exact match to your original. Not sure? Contact us and we will help you pick the right size.

Will this fit my existing handle?

This replacement head is designed for the Cerutti Inox aluminium handle brush range sold on this site. If your brush is from a different brand or a different Cerutti model, compatibility is not guaranteed. Contact us if you are unsure.

How do I know when to replace the brush head?

The bristles will gradually splay and lose their stiffness with repeated use. When the brush no longer clears debris effectively or the bristles have visibly worn down, it is time to replace the head. Regular replacement keeps the brush working properly and avoids the need to apply more pressure, which can be harder on the oven floor surface.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable (see below regarding use and diminished value)
  • Returns must include your full name and order number

Diminished Value and Use of Goods

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction from your refund
  • This includes use of food preparation equipment with ingredients such as flour, dough, or egg
  • Items used in this way cannot be resold as new and may be subject to a reduced refund
  • Any deduction will be based on the condition of the item following inspection

Food/perishables, gift cards, free gifts/promotional items, and hazardous/flammable goods.

Return window after approval

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

Costs & Refunds

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
  • Refunds are processed after inspection; allow up to 10 working days to appear
