This stamp, also called a heart-shaped ravioli cutter, cuts and crimps heart-shaped ravioli in one press, so the edge seals as it cuts and holds together through boiling rather than splitting open in the pan. It's made in Italy with a beechwood handle and an aluminium cutting head, sized at 85 x 85mm.
How to Use
Lay your filling out on a sheet of pasta dough, cover with a second sheet, then press the stamp straight down over each portion. It also works well as a biscuit or cookie cutter.
