Birchwood Pasta & Dough Boards

Small dough boards (500 × 370 × 9mm) ship at our standard delivery rates shown at checkout.

Medium and large dough boards are shipped in long-format cartons designed to protect the board during transit:

• Medium: 750 × 500 × 9mm
• Large: 970 × 540 × 9mm
  

Because the packaging closely matches the board’s dimensions, these larger sizes (or certain order combinations) may require two separate parcels. When this happens, an additional courier charge applies.

Order before 12pm (noon) to be eligible for same-day dispatch and next day delivery.

• Single parcel: £6.95
• Two parcels: £12.95
• Orders over £60 (two parcels): £6.95
  

Where possible, we always aim to minimise shipping costs, but parcel size and courier handling fees determine the final rate.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Returns must include your full name and order number

Non-returnable (unless faulty)

Food/perishables, gift cards, free gifts/promotional items, and hazardous/flammable goods.

Return window after approval

Please dispatch your return within 14 days of approval. Late returns may be refused, partially refunded, or returned at your expense.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless incorrect, damaged or faulty.
• Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping; a £5.95 return shipping charge may be deducted from the refund unless advised otherwise
• Refunds are processed after inspection; allow up to 10 working days to appear
