The Vallone fixes all three. It's a two-tier powder-coated steel trolley sized for the ZiiPa Piana, holding the oven at a comfortable working height with a lower shelf for everything else and rear wheels so you can move the whole setup without lifting it.

The Vallone is dimensioned for the ZiiPa Piana, so the oven sits squarely on the top shelf with no overhang or wobble. The lower shelf takes accessories, ingredients, or a bag of pellets, so everything stays within reach and you're not stepping away from a 400°C oven mid-cook.
