All Products

We stock the equipment that fresh pasta and pizza actually need, not everything that could loosely be filed under Italian cooking. Most of it is made in Italy, and we've used it ourselves before deciding to sell it.

Pasta Making

Our Marcato pasta machines and attachments cover everything from a first hand-crank machine to motorised setups, and our Eppicotispai range fills in the boards, cutters and drying racks around them.

Pizza

For anyone building a pizza setup at home, the ZiiPa ovens run hot enough to matter, backed up by the Cerutti peels, turners and oven tools that go with them.

Slicing and Dough Storage

The Berkel slicer range covers everything from domestic electric slicers up to the flywheel models, and our dough boxes and storage trays are sized for real batches rather than a single portion.

If you're not sure which size or model fits your setup, each product page gives the dimensions and capacity rather than asking you to guess.
