The Berkel Home Line Plus 250 combines Italian design, professional slicing technology and increased cutting capacity, making it well suited to serious home cooks, delicatessens, cafés and light commercial environments. Powered by a 0.19 kW motor and fitted with a 250mm chromed steel blade, it delivers consistent results across cured meats, cheeses, fish, bread, vegetables and fruit.
Featuring a larger blade and greater carriage capacity than the 200 model, the Home Line Plus 250 is designed for users who regularly slice bigger cuts and require more working space without moving to a full commercial slicer.
Cutting Performance
The 250mm chrome-plated steel blade features a professional cutting profile that produces clean, uniform slices while reducing product waste. The inclined food plate and oblique gauge plate opening allow slices to separate cleanly from the blade for efficient and consistent results.
